Human mononuclear cells from breast cancer (BC)
Mononuclear cells used for researching the causes, diagnosis, supportive care and treatment of breast cancer (BC). Human mononuclear cells are isolated from IRB-consented volunteer donors diagnosed with breast cancer (BC).

  • Cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 media

Storage: Either prepare cells for long term storage in liquid nitrogen vapour phase or thaw for use. Storage in liquid phase nitrogen is NOT recommended. Short term storage of cells (less than 2 weeks) at –80 °C is acceptable, but should be minimised to ensure maximum stability. Once thawed, samples must be used immediately.

No pre screening is done on fresh products, instead donors are tested on day of collection for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV 1/2.

Attention: Intended for only research use and not for direct therapeutic or diagnostic use in human or animals, or for further manufacturing of therapeutic products or devices.
