QUANTOFIX® test strips meet all requirements of a modern rapid test. The colour of the reactive pad changes depending on the concentration of an analyte in the sample. QUAT based disinfectants are frequently used for the disinfection of medical devices, surfaces and closed cooling cycles. These test strips allow convenient monitoring to decide, if the concentration of the disinfectant is sufficient. This ensures an optimal disinfection. They are calibrated for Benzalkonium chloride. The instructions contain conversion factors for many other quaternary ammonium compounds.
