Human aortic adventitial fibroblasts (HAoAF)

Primary Human Aortic Adventitial Fibroblasts (HAoAF) are isolated from human aortic adventitial tissue. HAoAF can be used for studies concerning vascular diseases e.g. neointimal formation, vascular remodeling, atherosclerosis, and hypertension. They are also often used for the examination of fibroblast disorders like fibrosis or other diseases linked to either imperfect or excessive accumulation of fibroblasts.

Applications include: Wound healing research, tissue engineering research, regeneration studies, toxicological research, oncology, epithelial-mesenchymal interaction studies.

Informations de commande: Human Aortic Adventitial Fibroblasts can be ordered as cryopreserved or proliferating cells. Cell pellets stored in RNAlater® are also available.
